We are living through a loneliness epidemic, that didn't start with us.
We were shaped by generations who had to hide parts of themselves just to survive. They learned to stay silent, stay small, stay strong. We inherited their survival, and the silence that came with it.

We honour founder Bert Hellinger and the classical form of constellations. We also hold deeply his progressive foresight for this work and have crafted our approach in alignment with the ongoing evolution he initiated.

NAVA has been a Constellator since 2021, completing more than 2,000 hours of workshops and trainings across Europe, the USA, New Zealand, and Australia with esteemed teachers. She has been an ICF Professional Coach since 2011, an award-winning Creative Director since 2006 with 54 first place dance works, and the curator of Dancing Zen since 2019, a purpose-built event space and micro-retreat for visionaries, leaders, and practitioners. Dancing Zen is ranked in the top 1% of Airbnb Experiences.
In 2024, at a Constellation Intensive in Portugal with Sneh Schnebel, NAVA defined the motif that guides her work: a 28-layer lens that integrates choreographic devices, rigorous coaching, and creative direction into a single constellating practice.
"Anchoring Humanity."
When founder Bert Hellinger introduced the expansion of Family Constellations in 2000 and his colleague Willifred Nelles presented at a congress in 2001, young psychologists wanted to know if they could still work in the classical style known as family constellations - Or does eeryone have to participate in Movements of the Soul (the extension of the original work).
This is what we do.
Constellating Life™ is a living, moving process. It’s rhythm-aware, body-led, and collective. We work with the whole field—revealing what’s ready to be seen, felt, and understood.
This is how we do it differently from traditional Family Constellations:
1. It starts with the connecting thread
Choreo-Constellating™ begins with what’s already present in the group—often strangers—who are unknowingly gathered around a shared theme. In this case, it’s Love & Relationships.
→ Family Constellations typically begin with one client’s issue or personal story.
2. Everyone is the client
The entire group is constellated as a living system. Everyone represents, responds, and participates. The system moves as it needs to—sometimes with guidance, sometimes organically.
→ Family Constellations focus on one client at a time, with others representing parts of their system.
3. Nano-movements lead the way
We follow subtle, often unconscious body cues—what we call nano-movements. These tiny gestures can speak more clearly than words, often revealing the deepest truths in the field.
→ Traditional Family Constellations rely more on verbal exchanges and structured healing sentences.
What is Family Constellations?
Family Constellations is traditionally a therapeutic approach to revealing what has happened in your past and your family's past that is being passed down. It's another way to understand why you feel heavy and pained about situations when sometimes it doesn't make sense.
I love family constellations. Will I like this?
Chances are yes. If you like the structure and unfolding of the classical style, this may be outside your comfort zone (which is probably exactly what you need), but not what might 'feel' safe. There is safe and uncomfortable which is good for your brain and unsafe and uncomfortable which is not.

No prior experience is necessary. Our work meets you where you are. Each event is held with deep respect for readiness, rhythm, and your own pace.
You're here, which means you are curious and curious is always welcome. If you get to know the houses you will get a feel for what you need. One house might be good one day and another house another. The architecture is built to move with you.
You are welcome here. We honour all needs, and all forms of participation and we see the genius and giftedness you hold. I know camera on can be tricky, but it does need to stay on, because of how NAVA observes responses as impetus.
Yes. You are welcome to simply witness silently, if you wish. Everything and everyone belongs in constellation.
No. These are not therapy sessions. Our work is systemic, experiential, and creative. We explore the choreography of human experience, but we don’t diagnose, fix, or treat. If you’re currently in crisis or without professional support, please consult your existing healthcare provider.
No. For the safety and sanctity of the work, all events are live only and unrecorded.
