WHY COACHING
Optimism is what motivation is made of. Why is how to use your motivation.
Optimism affects our physical and behavioral health. How we think about things affects our physical health through the mind body connection and how we think about things affects our behaviour. Your optimism muscle builds when you know how to see things differently. Using creativity, self-compassion and service are just some of the ways to develop optimism.
Optimism coaching is not about 'being positive all the time', it's not about 'positive psychology' and 'staying up and energised', it's about knowing how to use your energy, redirect your energy and make more energy.
