Family Constellations & Systemic Constellations
It dies in carefully designed chaos—in spaces where strucutre holds you and unpredictability frees you. Our events blend method with mystery. This is where masks fall, realness rises and connection strikes like lightning through the scaffolding of routine.
This work carries the legacy of family constellations, the depth of third-generation coaching, and the subtle power of choreographic language—all held within a timeless vision that sees beyond the obvious. I saw in myself that the deep dive into the trauma vortex held me only so much. This work honors the past, present, vision and viewpoint — at the same time. This is Synchronizing!
I learned that peeling back one layer at a time wasn’t enough. Real change happened when I let all the layers speak at once. This isn't integration. This is synchronisation.
You don’t need to fix yourself. You just need to see what’s been shaping you — all along.
The way you engage matters. These aren’t spectacles — they’re spaces where you can show up as your true self. Whether you’re learning alone, connecting in groups, or moving between online and in-person, the format follows your rhythm — not the other way around.
These events aren’t built for comfort — they’re built for truth. When you’re ready to go beyond temporary ease and into lasting transformation, you’ll know. This isn’t about chasing more. It’s about meeting what’s been calling you all along.

Our events are grounded in a distinct concept you know before you arrive.
The House Profile gives you a clear indication of what to expect. But once inside, the experience unfolds in unexpected ways. They're methodically random: structured enough to hold you, unpredictable enough to move you. Whether you're exploring love, intimacy, creativity, or money, these events make space for what logic can’t plan — and what your body already knows.
Honoring is the best policy when it comes to matters concerning love. We honor the good the bad and the lovely connections that have impacted your relationship with yourself and others.
Being seen and seeing clearly
Being heard and speaking a new truth
Being understood by resonating rather than reacting
Being valued
Relating in relationships; companionships and partnerships.
Falling to Grace allows us to see we belong in a-typical places and with unlikely people. We explore how to expand our sense of belonging beyond what we have been groomed to believe.
Capacity for connection reduces the feeling of rejection
Your obsession with status quo could be your addiction to belonging at any cost.
When digital relationships become the norm, disembodiment becomes the diagnosis.
The allure of community: where co-creation meets co-dependency.
Dynamic living; the practice of real intimacy.
There is a method to the randomness of what the body has to tell us and usually it is related to trauma. But the body's voice can be heard when you know how to listen to the drama and chaos.
Multiple intelligence's and multiple reverences
Critical thinking; critical feeling and critical dancing
Artistic expression in conservative spaces
The civilisation of minimisation: How to a live in world when the people you love want you to be smaller.
Getting outside of the drama-triangle and into constellating the chaos.
We are lost until we are sound: We're not lost because we lack purpose—we're lost because purpose got entangled with money.
Dirty and clean money: Even money can carry inherited shame.
Control and flow; When flow is compartmentalised control.
Power disguised as confidence when all it is is control.
Tethering to performance: We give not to give—but to prove we're good.
Labels shrink you. Or they can soothe you.
When you're honoring all the parts of yourself,
It's a quiet relief to find a room where you don't have to explain.
Purpose. Meaning. Belonging Community.
The intersection can be disorienting. Even disingenuous. Especially when you're building your own lane.
Don't get side-swiped by someone else's clarity. And don't shrink to fit someone else's projections.

Change doesn’t happen one layer at a time.
It happens when all the layers speak at once—when the body, the system, the story, and the silence move together. That’s when the shift begins
1. Trauma as Multi-Systemic (Van der Kolk, 2014)
“Trauma results in a fundamental reorganization of the way mind and body manage perceptions… It changes not only how we think and what we think about, but also our very capacity to think."
→ Emphasizes simultaneous regulation of body, memory, and social connection, not sequential processing.
Book: The Body Keeps the Score.
Author: Bessel van der Kolk
2. Systemic Constellations and Whole-System Revelation (Hellinger et al., 1998)
"It is not the individual alone who carries the wound, but the system. The system seeks resolution as a whole."
→ Solutions emerge through revealing multiple truths in the same space—not linear unpacking.
Book: Love’s Hidden Symmetry: What Makes Love Work in Relationships
Authors: Bert Hellinger, Gunthard Weber, Hunter Beaumont
3. Third-Generation Coaching (Stelter, 2014)
“Meaning is not discovered through problem-solving; it is co-created in dialogue. It is multidimensional.”
→ Advocates coaching as an existential, narrative, and embodied process—not layer-by-layer diagnosis.
Book: A Guide to Third Generation Coaching
Author: Reinhard Stelter
4. Choreographic Complexity (Deborah Hay, Anna Halprin)
“The body is a site of multiplicity. Change happens through complexity, not clarity.”
→ Their methods invoke layered awareness—time, space, motif, sensation—all at once.
